No complaints considering fair prices. Very welcoming staff and excellent and amazing location close enough to major tourist attractions-khan's palace and caravanserais, restaurants, and a hill overlooking the city. Also, close to city center.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The hotel is located on a hill, which means that there is a bit of climbing involved to get there, but once you reach the top, the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's definitely worth the effort.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Located on a scenic hill with a beautiful city view, this hotel offers well-designed and spacious rooms with comfortable bedding and stylish bathrooms. The friendly and attentive staff always makes sure that guests have a memorable experience. The breakfast has a good spread and is served with great views of the surroundings. Also, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions.
One downside is that the extra bed and pillows provided could be more comfortable.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with plenty of options to choose from and had friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed. the location had a stunning view of the city from its restaurant and rooms with city views, and it was worth the uphill walk to witness it.
The hotel had paper-thin walls, and we could hear everything from rooms on either side, warranting the use of earplugs to try and sleep. The hotel had maintenance issues like stains on the ceiling, and some fixtures were not correctly fixed.
